The staff / management of the particular organisation reserve the right to refuse entry / discount / promotions to any customer without explanation. In this event the staff and management of AGUADA ANCHORAGE / de Souza Ventures / Goa Luxury Villas will not be held responsible and will in no means Refund / Compensate guest in any way.

- "de Souza Ventures" reserves the right to change the cancellation policy without prior notice. Cancellation of already existing bookings will be done as per cancellation policy existing at the time of confirmation of booking.

- None of our mentioned inclusions / features of the promotions can be exchanged for cash or credit note.

Booked the Presidential pool villa for the Monsoons in Goa, spent a little less than a week at this absolutely stunning villa. The customer service was impeccable almost; from the very start, the numerous phone calls to Gavin was met with patience, our arrival was pleasant and relaxed, even the hosts as the reception were polite and well spoken , not to forget the ardent housekeeping standards made our stay memorable to say the least. The presidential pool villa at Aguada Anchorage is a perfect example of picturesque beauty. The furnishing, the well equipped kitchen and the cozy bedrooms made this villa inviting without the usual mechanical elements of an otherwise star hotel. Our most favorite part of the villa happened to be the swimming pool which they certainly took effort to keep clean daily, which I found to be very efficient and thoughtful. We haven't stopped raving about our stay and are already making plans of when we can visit again. i would definitely refer this villa if you are looking at a 'holiday' in the truest sense without the hustle bustle and chaos of worrying about little things because at Aguada Anchorage they look after your most little needs thus ensuring all you have to do is lose yourself in the pampering and enjoy!
