The Presidential Pool Villas are premium villas because of their tastefully decorated large living spaces and their private outdoor swimming pools. These make them the most sought after villas in the resort.
Each villa comprises of four spacious en-suite bedrooms that open up to a balcony. Each of the four bedrooms has been furnished with a king size bed, a sofa, a dresser, a wardrobe and an electronic safe.All the bedrooms come equipped with an AC and LCD TV with independent cable for each room.
The Presidential villas on the ground floor have a guest bathroom, a spacious kitchen cum living room that serves as a formal lounging area for a family gathering or dinner party for the guests. It opens into a large well maintained garden to the pool that again could serve for an informal gathering or a barbeque.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and utensils and is fully equipped with a range of appliances such as a fridge, washing machine and microwave oven.
Room service and daily housekeeping are some of the facilities you will enjoy from your villa. Other facilities include iron with ironing board and a mini-library.
Each of the villas are surrounded by a six foot compound wall, adding to its exclusivity and the additional privacy from the rest of the property. Guests residing at this villa may avail, upon prior request, services of a butler and a chauffeur for an additional fee.
